May Day

May Day is an annual nationwide march for civil, labor, and human rights issues across the United States. In 2011 on May 1, citizens marched in solidarity with service industry unions, indigenous tribes, and undocumented working immigrants through downtown Seattle. They were protesting civil & economic justice issues, like where MNC banks such as Wells Fargo profit $70,000 per day for each filled bed that houses the indefinite incarceration of immigrants.
